My house is locked for more than 5 years and i have raised multiple requests for temporary disconnection of my igl connection, which is not in use, thru online portal, written requests and customer care but instead of taking any action they simply keep closing my complaints requests as resolved and keep sending bills on estimates which are being paid to avoid any issues later. Even after speaking to multiple people of almost all ranks there has been no change in status and i still keep getting bills and complaints getting closed without being attended. I have no idea how long will this continue and if i should stop paying the bills on estimates or will i be able to get the refund which is not promised by anyone so far. Everytime a new excuse is given and the ticket is closed as resolved!
