Sub: complaint for fraud
Sir,
I, Ishwardas, resident of 32A Pocket A12 Vaishali Apartments Kalkaji Extension, wanted to tell you that on 2/8/2022, I called at customer care number of Kalkaji [protected] regarding that I am a non consumer and gas pipeline is being removed infront of my house and I want to do modification there, for which A boy named ‘Virender Kumar Verma’, from centre came for site visit whose phone number is [protected] . That boy inspected the site and he told us to remove 20 m pipe and he told us that it will charge Rs. 5539, but when I asked him how to pay this amount then he told me that I will have to pay by cash as I am a non consumer of png. He gave me a slip/receipt of IGL of Rs. 5539which is fake. When I asked him for the bill, he told me that bill will be given later on and he took Rs. 5539 cash from me. I checked at the site then I came to know that he overcharged me as length is not 20 m and modification is not done even for 10 m.
So I request you to grant me the refund of overcharged amount and investigation is done regarding, how that boy took amount in cash.
