We did advance payment of rs 6000 for igl connection for kitchen. It took 3 months for the gas pipe installing that also after our repeated reminders. Now after 2 weeks also they have not completed the remaining work of connecting gas chulha to their pipeline. This is so disgusting. The igl staff seems to be irresponsible and unorganised. I now need to disconnect and get my money back.
