Igl has not at all responded properly knowing the importance of its services: enabling people to cook and survive.
I live in noida sec 137. My pipelines and meters were installed after much struggle with igl on 6th oct. But still the testing and activation remains incomplete. Hence, i am unable to cook food.
I have called igl on their toll free number 4 times in the past 10days: 8th oct, 12th oct, 15th oct, and 19th oct each time giving guarantee that the gas connection will be done in 48 hours. But there has been no response.
I have also coordinated with the persons with mobile number: [protected] who visit my area many times but they have not turned up many even after confirming timing give false reasons as door locked, bike failure, etc, and on top of that not informing of their inability to attend. These servicemen are not responsible enough for this role.
