Dear Sir,
Igl started my connection on 14/04/2018 and install it couple of weeks ago.
In our 2nd bill they charged Rs.494.00 as other charges.
When I call customer care they told me this will deduct in 7 working days.
I call them again after 7 days then they told us it's conversion charges we forgot to charge now we have charge in 2nd bill.
We confirm this thing from our neighbourhood who take connection sometime before us they never charged any other expenses till their 3rd bill.
I did again call customer care and told that no charges from in my neighbor hood .
Then they told this charges charge for your connection active delayed after 15 days of installation. So you have to pay that.
I told him whose mistake is this why not you active the connection same day when installed. We didn't stop you to start and if there is rule why not you inform us after installation we follow this rule. We took your services for our convenience not for harrasment.
Various complaints and emails I did but no reply and resolution I get.
Now they told our superiors told you have to pay this amount.i[censored] wish to fight then fight.
So we request you please help and try to get resolution with their arrogant and careless attitude.
