Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — inordinate delay in supply of, png in laxmi nagar delhi-110092 area

Dear sir/madam, the process of registration for supply of png in laxmi nagar and adjoining areas e. G. Guru angad nagar extn etc. Was started in 2017. I along with shri c. P. Rai, president, consumer protection forum took active interest in getting maximum registrations as requested by the project manager (East). We were assured by the officials of igl that the connections will be provided in six months time. Household fittings were also done in 2018 but thereafter there is no progress in the matter. Residents of the area are often enquiring from us about how much time will it take but we are not getting any feedback from the concerned officials inspite of our verbal requests and emails. Pl. Direct the concerned officials to expedite the process of providing household connections at the earliest as residents have also started paying emis which were to be paid after getting connections.
