Dear team,
I am a png customer from 1 jan'17 (Bp[protected]), i paid all my bills ontime, everytime i am paying bills along with security deposit rs 500, as per the number of bills i have already (In aug 18) paid entire security amount, but as i checked found security amount is still there in the december month bill, same checked by one of your executive (Neeru choudhary) she told me we will share revised bill and will exclude this security amount rs500 dec month bill. After that called so many times on the customer care number and tried to resolve the problems but i failed.
I am really frustrated by the services you people are providing to me, security amount has already been submitted but its still mentioned in the bill. Kindly fix the issue asap. Was this information helpful? |
