Its again an blunder from your side regarding the bill generation and its charging. Consumer details:- Consumer No. -[protected] Address: D 405, Galaxy Vega, Techzone IV, Greater NOIDA West Issues:- 1. One meter checking guy visited at home on 29-June-2018 2. You guys have sent me the e bill by email on 29-June-2018. Which is already past the invoice due date (26.06.2018) 3. You must have sent me the e-bill on 5-June-2018 (Invoice Date) 4. Because of which, I have to forcefully pay the extra amount 221.52 INR (Amount Due after 26.06.2018) in place of 217.18 INR (Amount Due on or Before 26.06.2018) Expecting the extra amount back in my account. Kindly do the needful utmost as not getting any response on toll free number as well. We have a connection of gas pipeline but it is not working properly. Only one burner is working and that too the flame is very low. Send some one to check the connection for any leakages or misconnection.
