Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — late billing by igl for domestic png bill

I am a domestic png consumer having b. P no-[protected]. For the last one year i am always getting my bill late. For this i am not able to pay in time and the next bill which also comes late add penal interest on my previous dues which is totally unjustified. I complained about this two times without any result. The present cycle has also become due but i have not received any bill till now-a. K. Majumdar

I have buy new stove and want replace with the old one. So want some engineer to give us a visit to replace it.
I requested for temporary disconnection vide my service request No.[protected] on 29.10.2018 since I am away for quite some time since 1st Oct.2018
but still bills on assumed readings are being sent to me
