I had applied for a new connection in the first week of july, 2019 but till date i had not got any call from igl team regarding the connection. All payments and documentation have been done. I have been issued bp number: [protected] and ca number :[protected].
Now i would like to lodge a complaint regarding the connection as it is more than a month now.
