Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — no installation even after 3 months

Address:Paras Tiera, Sector 137, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201305

I had applied for new connection for Sector 137, Noida.
BP number is [protected]
CA number is[protected]

I have been regularly following up with local installation staff Dipesh and also his supervisor Gulab Singh but they either don't pick up the phone and then don't call back or when they do pick up the phone they just ask to send the information again!!!
So far they have not done anything.

Do I have to bribe someone to get this done????

And my connection is still awaiting meter installation.
