I have been provided BP No.[protected] with complaint No.[protected] of 18.7.2016. But nobody has attended the same as no official of IGL visited my house for installing the new connection. It was assured that the connection will be installed within 7 days from the complaint date i.e. 18.7.2016. But no response. Details of bank statement is already with you and in the receipts provided by IGL which is attached in the trailing mail. However, the details are being given again:- 1. Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- (One thousand only) 2. No. of Demand Draft_469509. 3. Date of Demand Draft _29.6.2016. 4.
