I had made a payment of rs 4230 in bp no [protected]by cash in kotak bank by mistake but my bp no is [protected].

I have approached the competent authority at rk puram and have registered my compliant vide ref no[protected] but to no use.

I am senior citizen and struggling to get my hard earned money.

Nobody is helping me and people who are sitting at rk puram are just making mokery of same and to no use..

I will take this matter to highest authority.. I have multiple replies from you stating refund of arrear.
