We have applied for an igl connection. Payment was made on 5/10/2017 and the cheque has been encashed. Bp number given to me was[protected]. After frequent reminders another bp number was alloted.[protected]
How ever after encashing the cheque iglhas convienently forgotten to provide any service. We have sent frequent enquiries and the customer care sends a message they are looking in to it. How ever no action hss been taken so far.
