Hello, I am writing to you in complete distress and agony which i have faced in getting new png connection for my home from igl. I applied for new connection and i was given a lead no. [protected]. Also the bp number was allocated to me as [protected]. I have submitted all relevant documents on 12-jan-2016 and receiving is attached for your reference. My cheque drawn on hdfc bank with chequeno. 818331 was cleared on 23-feb-2016. i am also attaching statement of the same. Since then i have opened complaints and no action has been taken so far in getting new connection. Please note that it has already been more than 90 days since i have applied and no assurance has been made to get the connection installed at my premises. This of course entitles me to log a consumer case against igl demanding compensation of mental harassment faced for this un-necessary and unexplained delay.
