I am writing this email with lot of frustration and feeling harassed.
I have paid the initial deposit as per below email confirmation from igl and bank statement attached above.
In mar 2017 i have an overpayment reflecting in my bill which was supposed to be adjusted in next bills.
In may 2017 i received a bill with balance carried forward payable to igl as 5136
I registered complaint that the carried forward amount is incorrect and security deposit was already paid and shared email confirmation from igl
Today two guys came to my house and disconnected png connection without reason. There is no update of disconnection at igl customer care.
I am out of delhi and mi wife and small kid are feeling harassed due to no connection without our fault. If payment is suddenly stopped reflecting in your records you cannot bill customer for the same.
