Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — regarding careless behaviour of installation and working team of igl

Igl team has done all the connection and said that within one week someone from igl would come and start the gas pipeline or my connection but its been more than 20 days but no body came and nobody is looking into this matter. Now when i am sending mails of requesting or complaining about this then they are not doing anything they just revert me with a fancy mail and also send another mail with a message that my complain is resolved while the problem is still persisting
Now i wanna ask igl. Is this the way you work? Is this the way provide services?

I want someone to look into this matter asap
