I had applied for new png connection (Bp no - [protected]) before 4 month back, and i was told (By customer care) to submit cheque amount rs.1275 along with document, and i had submitted with doc.
Then i received a phone from igl head office to to convert same cheque into canceled cheque as having offer period and no charges required for installation, and i did it.
Now when i am asking to share week the installation, response is coming as "as per our record your payment is not updated at our portal"
I can see there is big differences in communication between head office agent and customer care agent communications (Even customer care agents are not in sync, everybody giving different info whenever i am calling for support)
