Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — rude behavior of staff and bad portal | |||||
Igl's staff ([protected]) called me today to check payment dues. I already had paid dues in the morning through online banking. She asked for payment transaction reference to which i enquired for official email address, where i can send details. She spoke in a very rude manner and hung phone in midst. I tried to check details in online portal. 1. Customer login links are not working 2. Email addresses are not found in portal search 3. I did not receive email bills for past few years. I received only sms. (She asked me to check bill for email address). 4. For last some months, bill presentments not sent to my icici bank. Therefore payments were missed. I am very much concerned about your staff's unprofessional & rule behavior. Unprofessional staff + bad portal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
