This is regarding my igl connection with BP no- [protected]. This is to inform you that we are suffering from your services. From past few month your staff are not capturing proper reading and next month they combine both reading and make bill which is no possible to pay at one time.
Last month i have used around 3800 units but they sent me bill of 14 units, when I received my bill on my mail i’d i tried to reach your manager in north delhi(110039) Mr. Piyush Kapoor but hardly he picks any call after calling him 20-30 times he picked called and told me that my updated bill will be sent shorty but its been 13 days since i am complaining for Updated bill but i haven’t received any updated bill yet. This month is going to end and my next bill will also get generated and it won’t be possible for me to pay such huge amount at one shot.
I also want to register complaint against mr piyush kapoor (delhi north), Ravi Thakur (billing delhi north) for harassing me and for not giving me proper guidance. My time and my mental peace is also get effected due to this.
I hope you will take action against both of them otherwise last option will be to go to consumer court .
