Dear sir,
I have been taking up the matter of wrong billing with IGL at various forums for the last 3-4 months. But no solution seems to be coming out of it, rather it is getting more complicated now. Even the latest invoice no[protected] dated[protected] is having same mistakes.
1 . Payment of Rs 1013/- ( 398+615 ) made by me and received by IGL as shown in invoice no[protected] dated[protected] has now been shown as NIL in next invoice no[protected] dated[protected] . This is wrong as Payment of Rs 1013 has already been made . this is to be corrected.
2. I have been billed Rs 264/- ( 150+ 114 ) towards new stove conversion charges in invoice no[protected] dated[protected]. But already an amount of Rs 150 has been billed to me under the same head in invoice no[protected] dated[protected]. The technician has visited my premises only once on 3-3-2016 for new stove conversion charges against ticket no [protected] and a I have a receipt for that . Hence this Rs 150 has been charged to me 2 times for the same service. This needs to be reversed.
3. I have personally visited IGL billing office in GAIL building sector-2 noida 3-4 times but it has not helped. There persons are giving some verbal justifications and they are not able to link it with old bills. Ultimately Your bill should contain all this information.
Kindly look into the matter and sort it out.

2. 2nd time cheque issue on dated 26.08.2016.
3.cheque clear on dated 09.09.2016.
4.I make four times phone calls to Mr.Vinayak Tiwari -[protected], i have make assured every times that i got connection in a week but till now nobody response.
