Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — wrong billing — payment due and paid in december 2017, is being demanded as outstanding till date 4-6-2018. | |||
Payment of rs.949.69 has been made against invoice no.[protected] dated[protected], on[protected] through netbanking vide tr. Id no.[protected] icici bank (Copy of the bank statement attached). This is being demanded as outstanding payment in subsequent bills sent to me. When pointed on phone in february 2018 i was promised the this will be resolved in the next bill. But this has not been done. Today i have received the third bill after dec. 2017, showing this payment as outstanding. However, i have been paying all subsequent bills for the relevant billing periods. After an arduous hunt i was able to speak to some on phone ([protected]) and sent the documents asked for, again on[protected] i reminded on phone, but to date without any success. My sincere request is to kindly take up this at the appropriate level and resolve it. I am 65 yrs old with stiff knees and unable to do the running around. Was this information helpful? | |||
