I seriously don't think so that you guys are able to run this hospital. Six months ago, my mother had high blood pressure issue and i took her to indus hospital in emergency. At that time her blood pressure was 180/90 that i have checked with my own bp apparatus.in emergency first they wasted my 15 minutes in taking information of patient, her name, her age and then when finally they gave me card and token number which was 303. And at that time they were checking token number 50. I said them very politely that she has high blood pressure they said to me madam its not emergency she has to wait atleat one and half hour. And then i took her somewhere else. Their policies sucks. Was this information helpful? |
