This company did start off well and completed some tasks appropriately, however, once mistakes were being made, they a) did not admit to them and became defensive and b) started asking for more money in order to fix their own mistakes. Company made promises that they could not keep, as well as lied about their abilities to implement elearning course. Very basic abilities. They will make promises that they cannot keep just to be able to get your money. I've had to dispute payment with paypal, and they even lied to paypal in order to try and win their case. Very disappointing. Make sure you get everything in writing with this company and save all your emails. Was this information helpful? | |||

If you keep adding to the scope, we are not going to do it for free, and we won't budge because your threatening for social media defamation.
If you are correct, you will win the dispute at PayPal. Your messages on social forum shows your insecurity.
We respect your views. If you are so confident, lets get an independent arbitration done through PayPal. People on social media cannot judge, as they do not know the entire picture. And I do not think you will like us to post all documents and communication to prove our point. Even if we post, I doubt people have time to really make an informed choice on who is right.
We respect every client and we won't stoop so low to call names and using negative words, even if you are upset and use the same against us.
Last but not the least, we have not lied anywhere. We strongly condemn such sweeping comments and we taken them as an attempt to defame and blackmail us, as we did not agree to your unfair terms, where you threatened us with social media defamation.
