We the landlords of the premises nel050, podalakur road, nellore, bring to your notice that your agreement for the said site has expired by july 2017. You have neither renewed the lease nor given any date of vacating the site. Your office has given offer on july 2017 for rs 23, 233/- for further period of 10 years and for which we have given our consent. But your office has not responded afterwards. We made several attempts to know the status and wether you are going to continue or vacate the premises. We have not recieved any response from your office. You are not crediting the rent for the last two months. We never expected this kind of negligence from your office. So please let us know your stand, and pay the rent immediately.
