[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Account is freezed | |||||
My account number is[protected] and is freezed for last two weeks. I submitted my Adhar card number to the home branch and they updated it in server from their end. Still i couldn't access my account and do not perform any transactions. They tolled that it needs approval from Main branch. As i am using this as my main account and most of my transactions are done using this account please take necessary steps to fix this issue for me ASAP. I recieved couple of weeks ago my credit card. I checked it's details online and nothing seems matching as commited verbally. I want to cancel/ return my card. Also, my provided credit limit is unexpected low. It's not even twice of my monthaly salary.

I have received credit card today card no is [protected]. I have not activated the card. The charges for this card is Rs 17999. want to return it as idonot have money to pay joining fee. i was not infirmed about the fee earlier by thr bank representative.
