Indusind Bank — Card ending 8008 | |||
Dear sir, I have a given complaint on credit card and my card is blocked. Not known reasons. The complaint is: 1. I paid rs 15000/- to credit card 3-6-2017 through your indusind bank atm on at guntur arundelpet branch. 2. The amount is debited from my sb account immediately. 3. I got sms that the amount is credited into my a/c on 6-6-2017. 4. Where this amount from 3-6-2017 to 6-6-2017? 5. I requested for revised statement with amount paid by me. 6. Then your staff deleted the statement in mail and sent sms that the credit card is blocked 7. I never asked to delete my card. My amout is in card card and lot of reward points. Please transfer those to my sb a/c and close the card as for your wish Never expected this type of indecent action from bank Hurting customers is your moto Thanking you, Yours sincerely, (A.
