[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — complaint about credit card

One o[censored]r executive called me and inform me about ur credit card schemes and all.
M interested to apply one.
Then ur executive hve taken all the necessary info about me and promised me that i am elligibile fr ur credit card.
Ur executive came to me and collect all my docs.. And processed my file into ur bank.
Then after 4 days someone called me and verify about all the infos and docs that i hve given.
And they told me nw ur credit card will be delivered to u in 10 working days at ur residence.
But now 10 days past.
1 mgs came to me that sorry fr the inconvinience u cant apply our credit card coz ur not elligible fr the same.
I had given all the docs to ur bank and they promised even said that ur credit card will be delivered, nw what happend then.
Ur making fools o[censored]r customers or what..
This is too pathethic.
Kindly consider my complaint and revert me asap.
I[censored] cant do the needful then i m extremely sorry, i hve to raised complaint on the email to ur higher authorities..
