I have received a call from Askshatha from Indusind bank sales department in Jan 2017 and she told me that bank is going to launch new credit card, as apart of launching offer we are offering the below benefits to you and today is the last date to apply. 1) There no joining fee and maintenance charges with this card. 2) Every month you will get two movie tickets. 3) Petrol surcharges are completely waived off. 4) 10% discount on online purchases. After seeing the benefits I said Ok to apply. she send person for document collections, it took almost a month to complete the document and KYC process. I have received new Indusind credit card on 10th Feb 2017, As soon as I received credit card I have called customer care and cross checked about the above offers, customer care rep told that was false information. Then I asked to log an compliant, she logged an compliant on 11th Feb 2017 and told me that you get call back from back-end team within 5 working days. I didn't receive any call till today, even after I made couple of follow up calls on 19th Feb 2017 & 22nd Feb 2017.
