[Resolved] Indusind Bank — credit card process | |||
I had applied for credit card from Bhubaneswar region and it has been more than 20 days and my request has been processed. The agent has confirmed tat file has already handed to bank and same will be processed from Kolkata. But till date I have not received whether my card has been processed or rejected and the agent is not aware . They are confirming that Kolkata concerned manager is not providing any information on the status. Worst service by a Bank. Will not recommended applying in Indus Ind Bank credit card.
