[Resolved] Indusind Bank — current account

I have submitted documents on 24 dec 2019 but as of now mr. Hitesh mahna (Relationship manager) took approx 2 months.
Lastly he always have a excuse this and that..
Lastly he don't has manner how to communicate with customers.
Then also he misbehaved in whatsapp also.
This is not the way of indusind policy to communicate with the customers.
Pls take severe action.
