I received a collection call from a specialist on Sunday 2nd July 2017. I informed the person that I had already made the payment and does not wish to receive future calls. Informed her to add to DND. The female argued stating she would call back stating payment was missed. I disconnected the call and she called back. I again disconnected the call and was called again by her . The same thing was repeated again, so when finally I abused her, she said same to you. I blocked the number called customer service to complain about this girl. I requested to speak to the manager and was informed on Sundays managers don't work. This is worst bank I deal with. I want my card to be closed and do not wish to receive any calls form this bank. Was this information helpful? | |||||
