Indusind Bank — debit card signature | |
Dear sir, I am having my saving account no.[protected] in indusind bank, c-block vasant vihar. I was issued debit card (Visa signature) card no.[protected] in the month of february 2019 against the payment of rs.11, 800/- (Rupees eleven thousand eight hundred only). This card is valid for the maximum amount which i have paid for the purchasing at certain pos. The bank was supposed to send me some discounted vouchers against my option make my trip. I am very sorry to tell you that the subject vouchers have not been delivered to me so far even making a repeated request to their customer care number [protected]. Finally i was given a acknowledgement no.[protected] dt. 09.07.2019 ensuring me that the subject vouchers would be delivered to me within 2 days. But i am surprised they are not attending any calls from me. Now i am not interested to hold this harassing debit card and want the refund for rs. 11, 800/- (Rupees eleven thousand eight hundred only) which was debited in my account. Apart from this i must be paid the interest from february till the date of refund. A it is a negligence on the part of their customer care unit or bank.
