My Self Ramesh and taken car loan from Indusindia bank on 04/05/2015 and settled the loan 18/01/2015. But till date i didn't received
1. NOC
2. Duplicate Key and Loan surity documents.

Even after settling amount after six months ie. on 8th August 2016 EMI amount deducted from my bank Account.

Updated by urs5 My Self Ramesh and taken car loan from Indusindia bank on 04/05/2015 and settled the loan 18/01/2016. But till date i didn't received
1. NOC
2. Duplicate Key and Loan surity documents.

Even after settling amount after six months ie. on 8th August 2016 EMI amount deducted from my bank Account. Customer care complaint registered no:[protected] no response, further escalated still no action and also local agent not supportive requesting for additional amount for NOC and returning key.

Kindly request you to intervene or please advise for to proceed with legal action.
