[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — harassment threatening

Hi sir,

I am indusland bank customer some of the financial criss i am unavailable to deposit my amount last 2month i have lost my job and suffering some web fraud.
Since last one month i got threting and harshment and abusing calls and some gunda kind of people visiting my home and they doing mis beheviure with me and they torchering my family i told them i am suffring some financial issues that's why payment submit but they do not understand my problems
I would like to request you to please stop this things other wise i can do susuide just because of indusland bank harshment.

Hi Sir,

This is to notify you regarding rude and harsh behaviour of the indusind bank staff. My name is Vijay Kumar and I am from Hyderabad. I have indusind credit card of 60k limit. I have done transaction through it many times and also was paying the due amount on time. But the problem arised when I have to resign from my job because of my father's poor health. And sadly he's no more. All these 6-7 months I am jobless also has some medical problems. Because of this I am not able to pay the minimum amount on time but still managing and paying with interest even after due date. I lost my mind and patience when these executives call for the payment and torturing above the limit. Also the collection executive is not at all professional looks like some gunda or rowdy type. They won't leave from my home until and unless I pay to them. Also I would like to notify you regarding one Senior Officer named Ramya. She is one very rude and pathetic executive I have ever spoken in my whole life. She don't know customer etiquettes and mannerisms. Don't know how to speak to customers. It's been utmost waste of energy speaking to her as she was not willing to listen to me. I do have audio recordings of her though it's in regional language Telugu. Before her call regarding the payment I got a call from another executive Bindu with whom I have told every problem related to me personal and official why I was unable to pay the amount on time. She said that she will extend the date and time for payment. And when I said the same thing to this Ramya, she saying who this executive to say so, giver her name and no and so on. Also mentally torturing me to pay the amount and speaking in demanding way as if I have taken the money from her. After finishing her call I again called Ms Bindu and confirmed about her name and all the details. She said that they are all trainees and speak in that way only. So I would like to give complaint against Ms Ramya and also the bank Indusind as they are not giving proper training to the trainees or whatso ever. Hope you will take the immediate and necessary actions against them.
