Indusind Bank — I am complaining about my indusind bank credit card

Dear team,
I am complaining about my credit card charges reversal as in my credit card there are so many of financial charges levied due to some medical issue i am not able to deposit my due payment and i am using this card approx 3 years but never before i request for charges reversal so this time i request kindly reverse my financial charges for this financial year (Aprial 2017 onwards) only whatever the amount. So request toyou kindly takeup this on high priority basis so that i can go for smooth banking with indusind bank. Details for the same for my credit card is given below.

After 12 days already gone and you people even not taken my complain i don't know how your team work and what are you thinking about your custmers take this on high note and resolve this matter.
