[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Indusind bank credit card pin not received | |||||
Dear concern, It's really not even a satisfactory service of a private sector bank. I am raj k dubey, i have received indus land bank aura credit card 20 days back but still not received its pin however i get sms notification regarding pin before 20 day. When i tried to reach out their customer care then found that their customer care numbers[protected] &[protected] are not working (Number is incorrect). Please do not put your personal information like phone, Credit Card details here. First of all this is not a consumer forum. People can misuse your details form here.
I received 4-5 calls regarding Credit card PIN not received (Indusind Bank)..all the 4-5 person demanding for Credit card number/Expiry date and CVV number to process the PIN Request.
I came to know that All the 4-5 people were not from IndusInd bank as there is no such process in any bank to share your Card number with CVV in any request. IndusInd Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 25, 2017 IndusInd Bank Customer Care's response Hi Raj, We regret for the inconvenience caused.
