[Resolved] Indusind Bank — making me disturb by your customer executive-reg. | |||||
From last 2 years i am using the indusind bank credit but last month i have not paid the amount whatever i used. One of your executive frequently calling me and making me disturb to pay the amount and even that she is sending the whatsup and sms ([protected]) also regarding payment of bill and talking me so badly. From the number from which she is calling is [protected] Even i told her, after seeing my bill that late fine and interest already imposed so i will pay before the due date of this month. But she is not understanding and calling me. So i have decided that i will pay the due amount and i will surrender the indusind credit card. So it is humbly request to send me the process to surrender it. Further, it is also to inform your that from last 7 years i am using the hdfc bank credit card but not a single day anyone has called me regarding payment of bills.
