[Resolved] Indusind Bank — meera bagh branch in delhi not providing any services to the clients. | |||
Mrs kalpana the deputy manager in indusind bank is not doing her job properly. She is assisting only those customers who are giving her policies to achieve her targets. She is least bothered about banking and people wants to close the accounts as her behaviour is also unacceptable. Whenever she goes on lunch she takes all the branch people with her for gossips downstairs and we find no body in the branch. We have to wait alone in the branch for more than half hour till the lunch is finished. Pl take action against kalpana in meera bagh branch delhi. So that others also learn the lesson. 3-4 day back I used your IndusInd bank app. I was sending money to my friend it is showing me transaction failed message many times but the transaction was done 10 k was deducted from my account didnt show any success message or any information throughout SMS.
