[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Misbehave | |||
Today I visited in saket indusind bank for check issue. I asked about how to issue my new name check book. There is a lady she says please deposit 80 rs rupees at cash counter. I goes to cash counter he is busy with his phone after that I submit 100 rs with cash slip he saying you fill wrong information fill it again and he throw slip in front of my face at the counter I said you don't know how to treat a client after that he says (chal ja yaha se) I fill up cash deposit slip again and given to him. There is bank manager also there but he is useless he also not rectify my my issue. I had never seen this type guys. I am a regular client of your bank last 4 years. I think in don't want to continue with bank. And I will publish this complaint all over social media also and never suggest any people to connect with your. If I compair to govt bank they do good job as compair to your indusind bank. If you guys have some standard then please look at this matter and contact me on [protected]@gmail.
