[Resolved] Indusind Bank — misbehaviour with customer | |||
We were given form for correction of aadhar address and other details. According we went to infusing bank ltd devote road siliguri. Ifsc code indb0001042. We dropped in by 11.00 am. With form to change address. My mom and i went there for the same. They asked us to wait. We waited for almost 1 hour. Then i went to branch head and said am pregnant and it's my 9th month running but he said first we will give priority to our staff then our branch customers and then to others.in this condition they kept us waiting and said we will give priority only to our branch customers.. So you have to wait. After this i went and said them that even we have our current account in this bank but golden plaza branch...in spite of all this we kept waiting and by 1.25 pm we left without getting our work done. This is the service they offer. We think we are the proposed customers for this branch and are customer with other branch. If this is the kind of service you people offer then am disheartened to say neither i not anyone of my family members nor my friends will get connect to you.
