[Resolved] Indusind Bank — missguided/ late process | |||
Last week i submitted my documents for new account opening on urgent basis, as bank executive told me that account will be activated within 2 days. But its been 7 days and there's no update till now. I'm sitting in branch office and they are like sir wait for 10 minutes, 15 minutes. I'm totally frustrated now. Very poor service. I don't know why the hell they make such promise to the customers.
