Indusind Bank — My loan completed they did extra charges against my loan

5 years before car loan taken from indusind bank, now that is completed my loan amount 2.40 lakhs now days I paid 6.11 lakhs in five years, last few amount only pending but they charged extra penalties charges for my loan amount. I need reduce my pending amount.
