[Resolved] Indusind Bank — not received credit card

Myself vinit kumar. I have applied for credit card. I got the message that ur credit card has been dispatched through bluedart shipment no. [protected]. But due to holiday our office was closed so i was unable to receive this shipment. And now this has been held by bluedart delivery centre greater noida.
Kindly rearrange the delivery of this shipment again.

Updated by Vinit786 Why the customer care of this bank not replying the mail or not even taking calls .very bad customers service.this is absolutely fake customer care. We are going to complain finance ministry and ombudsman.
