Dear Sir I am Manoj Kumar my Employee code is 64420, My UAN No. is[protected], My Member Id:- MHBAN[protected], I am worked INDUSIND BANK at Amloh branch from 24/08/2016 to 03/02/2017. But at my UAN portal only my Date of joining show in this member Id. So please update my date of Exit (Left) at my UAN Portal. So I can withdrawal my full EPF and EPS amount.
