[Resolved] Indusind Bank — refund of non maintenance charges. | |||
I have been account holder at your bank bearing account[protected]. Last month, a sum of rs.10000 was deposit for the locker rent in your bank. Bank is deducting non maintenance charges from my saving account without giving any information but the locker charges is pending till date i claim a refund for the same as when my account was opened on zero balance with the sceme of mediclaim of religare. But my account is debited with the charges of non-maintainence. Kindly do needful for this. Due to your bank officers fault i am facing this problem. There is absolutely no doubt that this was an erroneous deduction. Kindly scrutinize the error and refund the amount back into my account. I would be grateful if this could be done without further delay as i want to surrender my locker. If you didnt take any action regarding this than i ll exclaited this matter in the bank ombudsman.
