Went to your Bangur Avenue Branch yesterday to open one SB and Fixed account. The service manager promised to visit my residence in the evening to complete the formalities. I waited for him but did not turn up. Instead some lady called up and promised to visit me today morning. I waited for her and again she did not turn up. Again she called and promised to visit in the evening. I refused as I have some other obligations. My experience even before becoming one of your customers is not at all pleasant.
