The below statement is sent as mail to indusind,

I have been booked the product in the online when the delivery time courier person swiped card amount was deducted from the indusind card but they are denying that amount is not reflecting in there account, i had called to cc from giving the complaint but they also delayed to take the complaint or to resolve the issue floor manager does not know how to talk and convenience the customer and not ready to take any ownership.

I am helpless from both the side product is not given and amount is deducted.

I am giving the written document to you that if the amount is reversed i will not make any o/s payment because when i am not getting the support from my i dont have to make the payment for the same.

I am not getting any support and revert even the mail is marked to top management but no buddy is bothered to revert for the mails one stupid person by the name called barnali mazumdar, service delivery specialist, reverted which is not relevant to the topic and she is not understanding the customer pain, trust me i had sent 5 mails and she is as copy pasted 5 times same mail and reverted, what kind of a [censored] service is been provided.

The mails are marked to top management what the hell is happening only if the payment is not done they will be involved or what.

I need the call back from the concern person with the action taken on the barnali mazumdar till that i am not going to make any payment to indusind bank.
