[Resolved] Indusind Bank — wrong amount emi conversion and delays in process | |||
My credit card bill for this month is rs. 49704 in which there is a single transaction of amount 42, 299, for which i requested for emi conversion. But from bank's end you converted the emi of whole amount which was 49704. And it took almost 6 days for conversion. I requested them to cancel my emi for whole amount on 16-sep-2017. But its not done till now. If now you convert the correct emi as per my requirement then it will also take 5-6 days again and my last date of bill payment is 23-sep-2017. I will not going to pay any late fee for this as this is bank's mistake not mine.
