[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Wrong information provided by executive and fradley handed over credit card | |||||
While providing the cc induslnd executive told me the below benefits will be present on your card: life time free card no joining fees lounge access bms buy 1 get 1 offer and many more i asked him to send me a documented details about the above offers then he assured me that once the card will be delivered mail will be sent from induslnd official id. Its been 2 weeks i received the card, but i did not get any mail. I called customer care no [protected] and they told me that there are no such offers available on the card issued to me. They took a complain from me on 2nd may with complain id - 65124 and told me that concerned team will get back to me in 4-5 days. On 5th may the bank has sent the statement of rs.575 as joining fees. Again i tried to contacted induslnd and now they are telling that i will be getting a call in another 3 days from their team. I do not want use cc anymore and just want to get rid of this fraud bank.
